Do you offer specialty care?

Yes! You will need a referral from your primary care provider if you are not already a patient here.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes - Call us at (412) 246-3053. We see patients by appointment only. Please note that we are currently booking appointments 6-8 weeks out.

Do you offer physicals for driver's licenses or employment?

No - please contact another free/low-cost clinic in Pittsburgh, as they may have openings for this.

Do you offer TB testing?

Not onsite - please contact the Allegheny County TB Clinic about testing/treatment options.

Do you offer HIV/STI testing?

No - for fast, private, and free STI care, contact the Allegheny County HIV/STD Clinic about testing and treatment options.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

Just yourself! A list of current medications or medical records is helpful, but not required.

If I have insurance, can I still be seen here?

No - we are currently only seeing uninsured patients here at Birmingham.
