We provide primary and acute medical care, medication access, medical and social services, case management, and insurance navigation services to individuals with a focus on continuity, prevention, and education. All services are provided at no cost to the patient.
Appointments
We are currently NOT taking walk-in patients. Please call our front desk to schedule an appointment. We see patients by appointment only, and are currently booking appointments 6-8 weeks out.
